Safety

At Scouten Engineering we believe that all injuries are preventable and everyone is accountable for safety.

We provide our employees with a safe and healthy place to work and give them the tools to ensure their safety and the ability to identify potential hazards. We have a strong training program coordinated by our Safety Manager which keeps all employees current in their safety training.

Our safety program is a collaborative effort in which all employees participate. We hold monthly meetings, concentrating on hazards and conduct in the field. Compliance with and participation in our safety program is a mandatory condition of employment.

We are committed to a safe culture for our employees, our clients and the public.
