Civil / Structural Engineer
Our Prince George office has an opening for a full-time civil and structural engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience. This position is open-ended and will involve design, project management and client liaison. Preferably you will have experience with water and sanitary sewer design, storm drainage, wastewater treatment, industrial waste management and infrastructure, subdivision design and resource road design
Structural assignments include design of bridges, formwork, building structures, industrial modifications, industrial scaffolding, cable-barrier installations and seismic design.
This position requires excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clearly written feasibility studies, engineering reports and communicate effectively face to face with clients. The candidate must possess the ability to work independently as well as supervise staff as required. Travel will be a component of this position.
The candidate must be registered or eligible for registration, with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.
